It’s official: Offerpad has a new chief financial officer, Mike Burnett. We’re thrilled to have someone with his character and experience step into this key role for our company as we expand on our vision to provide the best way to buy and sell a home to more people across the country.
Now offering buying and selling services throughout +700 cities, Mike joins Offerpad at a pivotal time for our company. In recent months, we’ve announced formed a strategic partnership with Keller Offers, and taken measures to develop our hugely popular Homebuilder Alliance program. Suffice to say, it’s been a busy year — and we have a lot more planned near future. Mike’s presence adds more depth to our leadership team and helps ensure we put our best foot forward going into 2020.

In addition, he’ll manage various aspects of accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury and financial reporting. In other words, he’ll do what he does best — as evidenced by his long list of credentials.
Mike’s tenured career spans over 25 years. Over that time, he’s served several financial positions for a wide range of successful companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500. Most recently, Mike was the vice president and chief financial officer of AV Homes. There, he helped position the company for rapid growth and expand their initiatives, later overseeing a significant merger with Taylor Morrison.
Earlier in his vocation, Mike served as group vice president, finance, treasury and investor relations for JDA Software Group. He additionally served as the chief financial officer for American Traffic Solutions and held a variety of financial positions for Allied Waste Industries, including senior vice president and treasurer.
