Every staff member that we came in contact with at Offerpad were very professional. The process was very quick and hassle free. The one thing I will say is that after you agree to your initial offer once they do the inspection that number will definitely change. They account for every scratch and ding the inspector finds but you are able to negotiate the inspection findings. It was a overall great experience.
