The offer was presented and then agent came back with a $5000 reduction blaming small issues after the inspection that may have totaled $300 to repair at most. And then she said this reduction allows them to get to the price they were trying to get to… Then Offerpad puts the home on the market for a 30k profit…. I don’t mind someone making money but to degrade a property over a few minor issues??? and reducing my profit by $5000…??? I will not be giving this company’s name out to anyone wanting to sell their property.
