Overall I, would recommend OFFERPAD if you are thinking of selling your home quick and easy. No need for the headaches and having to set up an open house. They also hire movers for you that helps the process run smoother. What was the best part was we bought a new home and they were very flexible with the closing date of our new home and they give you a couple days after you close on your current home to move out, which is amazing. It’s already hectic with a family of 5, however OFFERPAD made it as easy as possible .
