The sellers trusted me and I am the one who sold them on using OPAD. I was one of your top Senior HMCs and during my tenure was treated fairly at the time and the folks I worked with locally was a tight knit crew. I had been groomed to be promoted to the DAM position but was pushed aside because I wasn’t “excited” about the promotion according the Vaughn Stewart who the company for some reason thinks highly of even though I witnessed his complete incompetence first hand! Since he did not like my direct Supervisor Phil Lapointe I ended up getting a slap in the face promotion as a Senior HMC. Having owned my own company and doing all of the positions from Acquisitions to to Dispositions and project management I was one of the most skilled individuals in the company. I just could not compete with the larger companies so choose to work there instead. I wish my former LV crew the best but when OPAD finally does fail will be celebrating and hopefully jump back into doing what I love (buying and flipping homes without cutting corners like OPAD did).
