Was very disappointed when after Offpad made an offer we got a call a week before we were supposed to close saying they werenÕt going to go through with buying our home. Was very frustrated and said that they reviewed the market and said couldnÕt make it worked of course they dropped price substantially and we had already committed to another house and had no choice. DonÕt understand how a week before closing you now say you reviewed the market. Again we had no choice. The process was easy just low balling clients at the last minute is not how things should be done period. I wonÕt be writing bad things about your company but if any one ask me to use you that they wonÕt get a very good review from us.
