I wasn’t happy with the offer from the beginning considering I had spent a lot of time, money, and effort in remodeled, upgrade the property. Regardless of the low ball offer, we had finally came to agreement with the absolute low of $285,900 with not a single dime more that Offerpad agreed to covered all of the a to z closing costs. It turns out on the day of closing, to my complete surprise I was cheated out of $3,800+ which dropped the price down from $285,900 to $282,115. I was also threatened that I will be penalized 10% if I blackout. What a terrible disatisfiying / dishonest experiences with Offerpad.
