Your inspector you sent to the home was a JOKE!!!! absolutely lied and i was able to prove one… i had no time to fight the others as the seller had to close on a home. your inspector said the roof was bad, but never stepped foot on the roof.. he tok pictures from the ground. we had to get a roofing company out to inspect it.. But offerpad didn’t believe us so they sent a company out and it said the same thing. the roof was in GOOD condition. the inspector sad the windows were bad.. that was also a lie… offerpad looks out for offerpad. scandalous process, and hopefully; like opendoor; something will be done to stop this as well. Feel taken advantage of.
