We had a great experience with Offerpad. We were very nervous about using an Ibuyer, but they were great. Offered about 90% of market value, but there was no stress. Super easy process in the quote, home inspection, and closing. If your property is turn key ready. This is a great option. We had done renovations and actually had $0 in repair concessions after their inspection. I wish we had done this before letting our property sit on the market with a poor agent for 50 days. Offerpad would have probably given us $10K more if our agent hadn’t softened the market.
