We had a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom bi-level home. After I had surgery on my foot our house became too hard for me to get around in because of all the stairs. We have 4 kids so as you can imagine life is busy. We didnÕt want to mess with getting the house perfect for pictures and showings. So I did some research and found Offerpad. The apartment we were moving into wasnÕt going to be ready for 85 days. Offerpad said that was totally fine which was amazing! They communicated well with us the whole way. Another awesome thing is they move you for free! Bellhop had us out of our house and into our new place in under 3 hours. The guys were super nice too! We used the Extended Stay so we had 3 days after closing to move out of our house. Offerpad is the BEST way to go if youÕre looking to sell your home but donÕt want to mess with all the headaches that come along with it. They offered us a fair price too! It was a streamline process. Highly recommend this company!!
