🎯 Objective:
Balance renovation spend with a cohesive, market-ready appearance.
📌 General Rule:
Ensure updates look intentional and cohesive, not random or excessive.
✅ Match Finishes When:
Updating a fixture (e.g., towel bar or light) makes nearby ones look outdated.
Ex: If black lights and bars are added, update chrome faucets only if it improves visual flow.
🛑 Keep Fixtures When:
Existing ones are modern, clean, and cohesive.
Ex: Satin nickel pulls that fit the home’s style and are in good shape.
⚠️ Avoid Over-Doing:
Don’t automatically match every fixture.
Keep updates strategic and cost-effective.
📏 Decision Check:
Does the area look finished and intentional?
If unsure, ask your PM or supervisor.
📝 Summary:
