Founded Offerpad in 2015 after two decades in residential real estate. Previously led Bair Group Real Estate and co-founded Lexington Financial Services and Bridgeport Financial Services.

Peter Knag

Chief Financial Officer

Joined Offerpad as CFO in 2024. Former EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Turner Broadcasting System and EVP of Finance at WarnerMedia, after nearly two decades in corporate development at AT&T.

Chris Carpenter

Chief Operating Officer

Leads operations across product, technology, data, and marketing. Co-founded the advisory firm WellOrg Partners and led enterprise transformation at WarnerMedia during a 20-plus year operations career.

Vaughn Bair

Chief Real Estate Officer

Responsible for real estate performance across Offerpad’s portfolio. Co-founded Bridgeport Financial Services and Lexington Financial, and helped acquire and manage more than 2,500 single-family homes at Bair Group Real Estate.

Adam Martinez

Offerpad’s Chief Legal Officer since 2025; joined the company in 2018 and previously served as Deputy General Counsel. Earlier practiced at Rose Law Group and was a partner at Combs Law Group.

Jai Singh

Leads Offerpad’s pricing, valuation, and analytics work. Spent more than 15 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as a portfolio manager; holds a Ph.D. in engineering and an MBA from Wharton.
