Approximately one week before your close date, we’ll reach out with details about the final walk-through and instructions for key transfer. Please note, no one needs to be present at the home as long as the access key is left in the agreed-upon location.

To ensure a seamless process, please make sure your home meets the following:

• The home is in the same condition as during the inspection.
• The exterior is well-maintained, including keeping the grass, landscaping, and pool in good condition as they were during the inspection.
• The home is completely vacant and cleared of all personal belongings by midnight before your closing date, or by the end of your Extended Stay.
• All trash is removed from inside, outside, and at the curb.
• Place any extra keys (except one door key), mail keys, and garage door openers in a kitchen drawer.
• No need for professional cleaning—just a thorough broom-sweep will do.

Friendly Reminder: Make sure to take these last-minute items with you:

• Furniture (including patio)
• Garden hoses
• Personal belongings
• Unattached garage cabinets/shelves
• Freestanding workbenches
