Knowing I was taking less to get this offer completed than market value was expected. My place was turn key, etc with no repairs. I was given an offer in which then was changed (reduced) days before closing in which I had no options being that I was purchasing another property. The comps, etc were all the same for my area. This ended up causing me less than I expected. That’s a major dissatisfaction.
