We would like to say that we ended up being told that we were closing for a certain amount and ended up being shorted $50I I guess the price of Taco Bell has gone up, Brett this is directed at you. Brandon Leeds is wonderful explain everything. The only thing is that we were told 5% for Offer pad fees and maybe another 1% for the rest but it really was like 2 to half%. I didn’t think I would have to pay for the HOA and almost 1 quarter of the property taxes. Property taxes for Aug, Sept, & Nov. and we didn’t own the house. I didn’t feel that was right.
