What is Offerpad Instant Access?
Offerpad’s Instant Access is an innovative technology allowing buyers to tour Offerpad homes on their schedule, no agent or appointment needed. Virtually all Offerpad homes are available for viewing between 6am to 11pm local time, so come before or after work, on your lunch break or whenever works best for your schedule. Just download and register with the Offerpad app (iTunes Store or Android Google Play) and you’re ready to tour available homes in your desired area. Simply click on the orange “Instant Access” button when you’re in front of the property and you will be presented with a code to input into the lock. Easy!
While you’re at it, use the Offerpad app to request an offer on your current home and take advantage of Offerpad’s convenient trade-in program to exchange your current home for an Offerpad one.
Where can I find Instant Access enabled homes?
We have hundreds of Instant Access enabled homes for sale on Offerpad.com and we invite you to experience them in your home buying journey! Not sure where to start? Offerpad is selling Instant Access enabled homes in hundreds of cities including Phoenix, Tampa, Orlando, Las Vegas, Atlanta and Charlotte as well as their surrounding areas. Visit our inventory of available condos, townhomes, and single-family homes located where you want to be. You can easily search for Instant Access enabled homes for sale by filtering for them on our website or looking for the Instant Access button on our app.
How should I prepare for my Instant Access visit?
With the Offerpad app, plotting your route is simple! All homes are presented on a map and have a link to directions to the property.
