Phoenix HQ and Tucson expertise
Because of our huge internal growth and sprawling expansion, including our recent announcements of availability in Dallas-Fort Worth and now Tucson, Offerpad is designing an office space in neighboring Chandler, Arizona that will more than triple our current space. We recently announced that we would complete our move to the new headquarters building by March 2019. Also, we are continuing our rapid hiring phase that added nearly 300 percent more employees over the past 18 months. Offerpad always works with and hires local real estate experts wherever we offer our services. We’ll soon hire additional personnel to manage Tucson operations in preparation for our new in-state addition.
