My experience with Offerpad was not a pleasant one. My best advice to anyone would be to make sure you fight for yourself. Read the fine print. So many details will be left out and they will definitely try to get over on you with repair costs. They aren’t willing to do many negotiations and will overcharge you. Most importantly, rememberÊthis is strictly a business transaction for them. They seriously lack customer service and personalization. For OfferPad, you are just a number. I think OfferPad has forgotten that selling a home can be a very personal experience for some people. This is our HOME. We live here, we know the neighborhood. Over the several months we did business, I was only referred to by name 2 times. I once received an email the day after Christmas demanding information on my home. There were no common pleasantries exchanged EVER. Not a “I hope this email finds you well”, “how was your holiday”, “how is your day going?”. They literally do not care about you at all and this is just business for them. Not to be sensitive but all in all my interactions with them would hurt my feelings. I felt like I had to go into defense mode anytime they would call or an email would come in. Be ready to fight for yourself because they do not care about you. They don’t even know your name.
