No worries, Offerpad is not going to use my review. Offerpad’s initial offer dwindled down very quickly, with the 5% realtor fee that they didn’t tell me about, and then after the OUTRAGEOUS amount that they wanted from me due to the inspection report. There is NO WAY that the inspection report repairs cost $19,000 (or $16,250 that I negotiated with them)!!!!! A new roof, a leak, and some floor repairs does NOT add up to 19k or 16,250k!!!!!!! And I’m not even convinced that a new roof was needed, or that there was a leak! Regardless, 19k or 16,250k was wayyy too much to demand from me for repairs. And then there was my “free” move that Offerpad sponsored. How is it a free move when I had to tip the movers? The movers asked me for a tip, and I didn’t want to screw them over, so I tipped them. Offerpad should have tipped them, from the outrageous “repair” fee of 16,250k that I paid them!!!!!!!!! A free move means completely free, including no tipping!!!!
