People told me I could have had a higher selling price going the traditional route and maybe they are right. However, a fair offer was made, it was in the ballpark of what I wanted so I accepted and sold as is. I did not have to deal with showings, buyer demands or upgrades I will not get the use out of. The selling process was so simple. My 23 year old home was well maintained but was an oddball. A wall was removed during construction to make it a 2-bedroom vs 3, there was no back door to the patio and it was not updated much. After inspection and review, there were no adjustments to the price. A Notary was sent to my new home to sign closing documents (15 minutes) and the funds were wired to me directly. I get it… Offerpad is not for everyone as you probably will not get top dollar. That should be understood with any quick cash buyer. However if the offer seems fair to you, the rest of the selling process will be as simple as can be.
