While I do think the offer was a little on the low side (understanding OfferPad needs to make money, too). But I felt like it was a little low. Since I saved so much money on the house I was buying, I counted the sale and purchase together and ended up in a very good spot, so it was acceptable in the end. I definitely recommend OfferPad for the quick sale, no hassle, no-show process. It went smooth and everyone was accommodating to my schedule.
