We’ve also mentioned our break-neck growth rate internally, ratcheting up our personnel nearly 300% over the past 18 months. Now, Offerpad is strategizing its next moves with the goal of serving even more homeowners and soon-to-be homeowners in more locations, helping everyone do real estate the hassle-free way. Big things are happening for Offerpad! And that means great things are happening for homeowners, buyers, and sellers in more and more places around the country.
In the final few months of 2018, Offerpad is available in an estimated 534 cities and we plan to begin buying and selling in hundreds of additional cities in 2019 and over 1,000 more cities on top of that in 2020. We expect to bring our streamlined services to 1,143 cities by the end of next year and a whopping 2,189 cities by the end of 2020! We’re excited to offer over 24 million home-owning households another option for buying and selling that we’re sure they’ll love – Offerpad has a 94% customer satisfaction rate!
