The home
Think of Las Vegas and the first thing that comes to mind is the city’s famous Strip, right? Neon lights, towering casinos and hotels, home last year to 40.8 million visitors. But few people stop to think that the City of Las Vegas is also home to 641, 903 permanent residents (at last count per the 2020 Census) living in neighborhoods just like yours surrounding world-famous Las Vegas Boulevard.

Demo day
Built in 1992 with 1,250 square feet of living space, the home hadn’t been updated since. Our inspection revealed a few typical issues common to a 30-year-old home, including some minor roof repairs, updating the electrical, fixing leaky faucets and pipes, and replacing the HVAC system.
Final touches

We relocated the refrigerator to create a more modern layout and improve the flow from the main living space to the kitchen. We added a convenient pass-through bar and seating to give new owners more counter space and the home an entirely different look.
New flooring, light fixtures, paint, cabinets and an updated bathroom really brightened and opened up a dark hallway.
We gave the primary suite a primo do-over to bring it up to date.
