The interest from more and more people looking to buy and sell a home with Offerpad is bringing us to evolve, every day, in every way!
Offerpad HQ offices are in Arizona, which is thriving in attracting top tech talent. Every day we’re working to expand our solution to provide more options for those looking to move freely. This means we are hiring, and hiring quickly. We have roughly 400 talented individuals with real estate, operations and tech skillset across the U.S., and if you check out the Offerpad careers section, you can see what roles we are looking to add to the team.
With the need to expand the solution, we’re adding more people, which means we need more space. So, WE ARE MOVING! We will take a short journey to Chandler, Arizona (home of Infusionsoft, Intel, Isagenix, Microchip Technology and PayPal offices). Our new ~40,000 sq. ft. home will be ready for move-in by March 1. Current building renderings include a floating mezzanine with an open floor plan. The ambiance will encompass Offerpad’s notable orange and teal colors, adding a calm but technological environment for employees and visitors. We cannot wait!
We will be available to provide offers to Dallas-Fort Worth residents on November 1. Don’t worry, if you’re not right in Dallas, we will actually provide services to 71 cities in the area! Our surge in hiring stems from consumer demand to further expand Offerpad reach across the U.S. Today, Offerpad is available in seven regional offices outside of Arizona, with a spread of more than 370 U.S cities.
