Once the homeowner accepts the purchase offer from OfferPad and chooses their close date, they can set up their Free Local Move for residences of 2,800 square feet or less. They’ll work with a certified homeowner consultant to arrange for transport of their belongings to their new residence. The homeowner is simply responsible for packing and unpacking their belongings, and the moving team takes care of the rest.
