On your smartphone or computer, head to our home buyer’s page (click on “Buy” at the top of our home page) and select a city in a metro area where you’d like to view homes.

Notice the toggle button at the top right. Make sure it’s turned to ‘Show only Offerpad’ homes. Now, you can browse any of our offerings or put in the address of one if there’s a home you already have in mind.
Select the Offerpad Home You Want to Virtually Tour
When you find your potential dream home – like this beautiful house for sale in Chandler, AZ – click on the image of the home for a quick overview, property details and location map. To start a virtual walkthrough of the home, just click on the video camera icon toward the top right of the page next to the multiple images button.
How to Use the Virtual Tour Tool
To begin your tour, click or tap and hold to drag the first image around for a look at the street view of the home (some may not have an exterior view, but you can still view the outside via images). The virtual tour includes 360-degree shots (this still shot is just an example), so you can get a full view of the neighborhood!
Now take a look at the floor plan diagram at the top left of the image. Use it as your guide throughout your tour to see where you are in the home and from which direction you’re looking. Note, too, you can easily download and save links and snapshots of each image by clicking on the ‘share’ icon at the top of the floor plan.
See the little green and red dots on the floor plan? Use them to jump to any point in the home. Have a look at the house from the outside by clicking on the green dots and head in the front door, or start your tour of the inside wherever you’d like by hitting the corresponding red dot.
If the home you’re touring has multiple floors, simply use the top-left diagram and drop-down menu to navigate between floors.
You can also ‘walk through’ the home using the floating door (labeled by their room or space name) and floor icons. They’ll let you know where the next view spot is. Just give one a click to head to that space.
And remember, the images are all taken in 360 degrees, so you can see everything from that vantage point by clicking and holding your mouse or control pad or tapping your screen to drag the image around.
