How it works
After your home is under contract with Offerpad, our partner moving company will contact you to get things rolling and schedule a date and time for your move. We know life can be unpredictable — when it comes to your move, you’ll have the same freedom and flexibility you experienced with the sale of your home. Need to reschedule? No problem, we’ve got you covered. When the big day arrives, our partner moving company will carefully and efficiently manage your move.
Prepping for your free local move
We want to make sure your moving day runs smoothly — you can help. To take advantage of Offerpad’s free local move and have an optimal experience, here’s a few things to keep in mind:
- We require a minimum of 7 – 21 days’ notice prior to the close of escrow that you’d like to participate in the program.
- The home size has been limited to 2,800 total square feet; a maximum of 13,000 pounds is permitted.
- You have the ability to purchase additional moving services and insurance at your discretion.
