We’re Excited to Announce Additions to Offerpad Leadership Teams

Chief Legal Officer

Ben Aronovitch

Ben Aronovitch will head up our legal function across all disciplines within the company as our Chief Legal Officer. Ben comes to us most recently from Taylor Morrison where he spent seven years as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and previous stints as Corporate Associate Attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Prior to his experience with these highly reputable firms, Ben received his BA and Juris Doctorate from McGill University, and his Master of Legal Distinction from the University of Oxford. Ben will start October 12 reporting to Brian.

Senior Vice President of Product Management

Ted Best

Ted Best joins us as SVP, Product Management. Ted will lead our product strategy and implementation with an emphasis on growth and innovation. Ted’s spent the past three years as the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing with Wolters Kluwer in New York. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Ted led Product Management with Skytouch Technology and LexisNexis.

Ted received his MBA, Marketing/Information Technology from UC Davis and will start with us November 2nd reporting to COO, Steve Johnson.

Director of Training & Operational Performance

Abbie Mirata

Abbie Mirata is joining Offerpad as the Director, Training & Operational Performance. Abbie has been serving as a Consultant with ApostleTech since 2018, with prior experience at Taylor Morrison as Corporate Director of Training, Sales and Marketing, and National Director of Sales Operations.

Abbie will focus her efforts on assessing and enhancing operational performance with an emphasis on our Solutions Center and our customer-facing functions. Abbie joins us October 26th reporting to Steve Johnson.

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Matt Brohn

Matt Brohn enters Offerpad as the VP, Strategic Initiatives. Matt’s role will center around synergizing and implementing key growth initiatives and market expansions across the enterprise.

Matt comes to us with experiences at Airbus as Head of Business and Product Strategy, Director of Product Management at GE Aviation, and Dolby Laboratories. Matt achieved his MBA, Management & Marketing as well as his Bachelor of Science from Edgewood College and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, respectively. Matt will report to Steve Johnson and begin with us October 26.
