TEMPE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Offerpad Solutions Inc. (“Offerpad”) (NYSE: OPAD), a leading tech-enabled platform for residential real estate, today announced the appointment of Chris Carpenter as Chief Operating Officer, effective November 3, 2025.
Carpenter is a seasoned operating executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, operations, and strategy initiatives across Fortune 500 corporations, private equity–backed ventures, and mid-market companies. He previously served as the lead transformation executive at WarnerMedia and Turner Broadcasting, where he drove major integrations and business reorganizations across the company’s portfolio of businesses. Most recently, he co-founded WellOrg Partners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategic organization design, process excellence, and cost optimization.
