Offerpad launches Instant Access and Agent-on-Demand

Offerpad is using tech-enabled real estate solutions to help thousands of homeowners sell their homes quickly, and with less stress and more convenience than ever. Now with the inception of a tech-enabled home-buying solution, Offerpad invites buyers to enjoy an experience that’s simple, convenient and puts them in control of the home shopping experience.

Using Offerpad’s technology, homebuyers can access and self-tour Offerpad homes at their convenience with Instant Access. While on a tour, they can easily view home details and initiate an offer.

In addition, homebuyers can view other Offerpad homes in the area, provide feedback and request an Agent-on-Demand. When they choose this feature, an independent local agent will arrive to assist them with the process.

Offerpad CEO Brian Bair shared: “The first two years of Offerpad have been about creating a great experience for thousands of sellers. Now, we are empowering buyers with Instant Access and Agent-on-Demand capabilities. This is all about the customer. When the customer wins, we win.”

Real estate agent Sally Prestia of Berkshire Hathaway, says, “It’s so great for Offerpad to do this for their customers. There are going to be so many more opportunities for homebuyers going forward.”

These new capabilities are the next step in Offerpad’s mission to empower homeowners throughout the entire home selling and buying process. Watch for more innovative solutions in the coming months, powered by Offerpad.
