As a Concierge Advisor, you will:
- Hold an active real estate license in Offerpad market
- Be the dedicated contact for both real estate agents and homeowners through a variety of channels (phone, email and text)
- Manage a pipeline of homeowners with “Best in Class” service
- Be the “voice of the homeowner” to help our product and marketing teams deliver a world-class homeowner experience
- Be available when our homeowners need us the most and provide reassurance along the home selling journey
- Educate our homeowners on the world that is real estate and the “Offerpad Experience”
