When you’re selling your home, the inspection phase can be stressful, because even the most well-cared-for homes can have unforeseen issues.

Unlike the experience that comes with traditional selling, OfferPad often picks up the tab for miniscule issues, such as cracked tile or insulation that isn’t up to code.

What’s more, because of the volume of homes OfferPad purchases, they pay wholesale for repairs and extend that cost to their customers.

Bair says, “Sometimes the homeowner wants to shop around to see if they can find a better repair cost, but then they realize OfferPad is always cheaper than having to pay retail.
