From requesting the purchase offer to signing the contract, we've made the process fast and easy.
Now that we're under contract, we'll schedule a home inspection to check everything out.
You picked your closing day. There are a few things to do before you
Work with OfferPad to schedule a time for an inspector to come out and review your home.
An independent inspector will inspect the condition of your home at no cost to you.
Based on the inspection, we'll determine if we missed anything requiring a repair credit.
Because you sold to us, and picked the day you wanted to close, all you need to do now is relax.
We're excited to buy your home, but we need to check out a few things first. We provide a free independent, third-party, inspection to identify any items that need repair, replacement or aren't up to code. The entire process takes around two hours.
We make this easy. Your dedicated OfferPad Homeowner Consultant will contact you shortly after you sign the purchase contract to lock down an inspection date and time.
An independent home inspector and an OfferPad Homeowner Consultant will arrive at the agreed upon day and time to look at your home. We will need full access to every part of your home, including the attic, roof, basement, and outdoor areas.
The inspector will perform an extensive examination of the home, looking for any items that may need to be repaired before the sale of the home can be completed. Some of the items may include A/C, electrical, foundation, roof, termite issues, broken or damaged flooring, windows, cabinets, appliances, plumbing issues, water damage, large drywall repairs, damaged exterior paint and pool & spa issues. Depending on the size of the home, the inspector will be there an average of 2 hours.
The OfferPad Homeowner Consultant will work independently from the third-party inspector, walking through the home to identify any issues that may affect our ability to sell it. We may ask you a few questions and take some pictures.
